This $137 Intel Trade Didn’t Exist Until the Market Closed
On Aug 4, 2025, 100 shares of Intel cost $1,950. After the bell, Alpha Pivot AI flagged the stock, and a call option on that flag cost $137. At its high, that call was worth $1,173.
- 1Every flag comes with a ready-made trade at 3 risk levels.
- 2The short list is the handful worth a look tonight.

Where Were You at 4 p.m. on Aug 4, 2025?
We don’t know where you were at 4 p.m. ET on Aug 4, 2025. If you work for a living, you were probably still at it, under a hood or out on a boat.
The market had been open since 9:30 a.m. ET. It ran its whole day without you, the same way it does every day you go to work.
Maybe you’ve tried to change that. You signed up for trade alerts, and your phone buzzed at 1 p.m. while you were driving. The trade was live, and it wanted an order right then.
So you pulled over, or you let it go and watched it run without you. Either way, the clock beat you. Those alerts were built for people who are free at 1 p.m., and you were playing their game on their schedule.
One kind of trade can’t show up at 1 p.m. It doesn’t exist until the closing bell rings at 4 p.m. ET, and by then the screen-watchers have had their day.
On Aug 4, 2025, sellers shoved Intel down during the day. By the close, buyers had taken most of it back. We call that kind of finish a Pivot, and after the bell, Alpha Pivot AI flagged it at $19.50.
Owning 100 shares that night would have cost $1,950. A call option on the flag cost $137. A call is a simple way to bet a stock will rise, and the most it can ever cost you is what you paid for it.
Then Intel went to work. By Sep 19 it had closed at $29.58, and at its high, that $137 call was worth $1,173. It never once traded below what it cost.
Your job stays your job. The trade happens in the hours after work, and every flag is a shot at extra money that never cost you a day.
All it takes is one look after the close and a single order before 9:30 a.m. ET the next morning. Alpha Pivot AI does the chart reading for you.
The Same Read Found IBM, PayPal and Qualcomm
Intel had company. After the bell on Apr 24, 2026, Alpha Pivot AI flagged IBM at $231.98. 100 shares would have cost $23,198. A call option on the flag cost $1,769.
Picture owning that call over the next few weeks. At one point it sank to $712, less than half what you paid for it.
Then IBM ran. On Jun 2 it closed at $329.23, and that same call was worth $11,016.
That’s why every trade in Alpha Pivot AI comes with its worst case printed on it. You know the most you can lose before you spend a dollar, so a rough week doesn’t have to shake you out.
What can $332 do? On Jun 11, 2026, it bought a call option on PayPal after Alpha Pivot AI flagged the stock at $41.24. On Jul 16, PayPal closed at $56.73. At one point that $332 call was worth $1,684, and like the Intel trade, it never traded below what it cost.
Those 3 trades come from a much longer record. Here are 15 of its flags, each with what its call was worth at its high.

Each call’s highest value after the flag comes from our test of past signals. Every date can be checked on a chart.
Every number on this page counts the full record, losers included. We ran Alpha Pivot AI on every buy signal from Apr 17, 2025, through Jul 30, 2026, and that came to 499 trades.
At one point after the flag, 219 of those calls were worth at least double what they cost. 71 reached triple, and 11 hit 5 times their cost. The typical call peaked 82% above what it cost.
Each count uses the call’s highest value after the flag.
And you don’t need a big account. About 4 in 10 of those trades cost under $500.
The Number on the Evening News
Every night, the news gives you one number for the market: where it closed. Traders treat the close as the price that counts, because it’s where the whole day’s fight settles.
That fight runs inside every stock. Some days sellers shove a stock way down, and by 4 p.m. buyers have taken most of it back. We call that finish a Pivot, and it’s what Alpha Pivot AI hunts for.
- 1The stock opens for the day.
- 2Sellers push it far below where it opened.
- 3By the 4 p.m. close, buyers have taken it back near the top. That finish is a Pivot.
After the bell, Alpha Pivot AI reads how every stock on its list finished the day. A stock has to clear 4 checks before it shows up as a flag. The math under the hood is heavy, and none of it lands on you.
Then the AI goes through the flags that made it. It picks the few worth a look tonight and tells you why in plain English.
- 1The full read had 30 flags on Sep 28, 2026.
- 2The short list cut them down to 5.
Flags work in both directions, and they show up right on the chart.
This is Meta’s chart in Alpha Pivot AI, with a sell flag and a buy flag from July.
When a stock finishes the other way, the card shows puts instead. A put is the mirror of a call, and it can pay off when a stock falls.
- 1The card writes the order line for you.
- 2What each put would be worth if the stock fell 5% or 10%.
On Sep 8, 2026, a sell flag on ArcelorMittal came with 3 ready-made puts.
That’s the same read that flagged IBM at $231.98 and PayPal at $41.24.
